In this workshop, we'll help participants learn how to better understand the interests of key stakeholders and strategize how to use this knowledge for 'Joint Value Creation'. We'll dive into the nitty-gritty tactical realities of stakeholder management and learn how to not make them crazy - from effective communication, to selling, and relationship building.
Perhaps most important of all, we'll take time to learn how to nurture and respect stakeholders, even when they make work life more challenging, or are in conflict with our or their own diverse needs.
This highly experiential, practical workshop will provide participants with realistic and easily 'doable' tools and techniques for both the day-to-day and bigger picture stakeholder management challenges and help us earn the reputation and success that comes with being a tru business team player.
